MSI Announces the Cubi N Palm-sized Desktop

MSI proudly announces an upgrade of its smallest mini-PC to date: the MSI Cubi N. This tiny desktop is built on a concept of nifty technology and a brilliant design to suit the needs of both consumers and businesses. Thanks to the implementation of a wide range of the Braswell Intel processors, users can benefit from a palm-size PC that is now more powerful than ever! It is capable of carrying multiple modular hard disks drives that provide a large base for data storage and has a new fanless design to insure ultra-silent operation. 






MSI Cubi N is mountable to a wall by VESA standards or can be combined with an Ultra-HDTV, so the user can enjoy Ultra High-Definition and high quality media entertainment at home. Based on a modular design, the MSI Cubi N offers the possibility to install an additional 2.5" HDD for super high capacity data storage. Sony Making 12.9-Inch Tablet for Q1 2015 Launch: Report

A new report emerging from Taiwan claims that Sony is likely to launch a tablet featuring a 12.9-inch display in Q1 2015.DigiTimes citing sources from the supply chain suggests that the rumoured large-screen tablet will enter mass production "shortly" without revealing an exact time frame.
The sources added that the 12.9-inch Sony tablet will be targeted at the high-end segment and might be priced over $1,000. According to preliminary leaks, the unnamed Sony tablet's 12.9-inch display will sport a resolution of 3840x2400 pixels. It is said to be powered by a Qualcomm processor, feature an 8-megapixel camera, and be sleek at just 8.6mm thickness.
Sources said Sony's supply chain has wrapped up manufacturing components for the tablet's impending mass production. Further, the report suggests that the Sony tablet will likely be manufactured by Pegatron Technology, which also works with Apple and Microsoft.
The sources believed that more OEMs will follow suit and launch large-sized tablets in 2015 that could lead to impact demand for notebooks.
